I like Fords, Fiesta and Focus above all, good looking reliable cars, the only thing i have to blame is how they did deal with Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin and Mazda, bad choices were made back then

Ford Fusion Hyrbid vs Honda Accord Hybrid
Fusions MPG 41. Accords MPG 50. Plus you get more bang for your buck with any other car brand such as Honda.

And yes they are. They start depreciating once you drive them off the lot. That's why you see a lot of people who don't have American cars. Honda, Toyota, Hyundai etc are more reliable.

Child you need to close your mouth on topics you have no reason to comment on. You need to actually research before talking out your ass.

The Honda may get better gas mileage but it is also costs $4420 USD more than the Ford. $4420 is a lot of money which you can put towards paying off the car faster or paying for the fuel expense. The average amount of miles an American drives is 15,000 miles a year so lets take both cars driving 15k miles a year for 5 years, so at 75k miles the Honda used 1530.6 US Gallons to get there and the Ford used 1829.2 US Gallons. Lets say a gallon of gas costed $2.50 on average over those 5 years, so the cost to drive the Honda for five years worth of gas is $3826.50, and the Ford would cost $4573.00 to drive the same amount. Lets add up the price of gas and the vehicle base price, Honda is $33,431.50 and the Ford is $29,758, and in the end you will be saving a total of $3673.50 if you bought the Ford. There is more to buying cars than just their spec sheet.

All cars depreciate the moment you drive off the lot not just American brands. Honda's, Toyota's, and Hyundai's aren't more reliable just because they are Asian. My sisters Nissan Versa had its transmission replaced at 14k miles, I wouldn't call that reliable, also what about Honda's major issues with automatic transmissions prematurely failing on mid 90's to mid 00's cars?, what about Toyota's head gaskets or even Subaru's head gaskets, what about Hyundai's throttle sticking problems. At this point every auto manufacturer has so many problems and it is stupid to think that one auto manufacturer is better than another because of your opinion on their cars. You can dislike the way a car looks or how it drives, but don't go waving around your opinion acting like it is fact. Also I highly doubt you are even old enough to drive so don't even try to make an opinion on a car you have never driven.

I personally would rather own a Japanese car, like a Toyota or a Nissan, simply because that is just what I would rather drive. Every car has their fair share of problems, even Fords. I just like the Japanese cars better, with nothing against American cars. If my parents bought me a Ford or Chevy for a first car, I would not give a rat's @$$ about it.

That was my point. I don't have anything against fords I just don't care for the look or setup of the car. @ItaliAsian please do not call me a child. I am a young adult and I think the word "child" is out of context.

Well when you cross multiple threads saying that Honda is better than Ford with a biased opinion that holds no real value to the situation or context it make you look like a child trying to grab attention yelling look at me! You could of said originally that you prefer the look of the Honda instead of the Fords, and kept the reliability issue out of the situation because it is biased opinion that holds no real merit. Maybe calling you a "Child" was a bit harsh, maybe not because in my opinion anyone under the age of 16 is a child to me but, my opinion doesn't really matter. You need to work on getting your point across better because it was really hard to see your point in this.

I think that Ford should stop with the aluminum F150, or at least offer a steel version. Why would I want a truck that is so weak that I can't ever throw anything in the bed?

I work with aluminum a lot, I make all sorts of stuff, I use aluminum because it is soft, malleable, easy to cut, shape, and file, it is even easy to bend and tear by hand. No part of that description should transfer over to my pickup truck. Do you see what I am getting at?

I prefer the older Fords, the ones from the 70s-the 90s, back when "built FORD tough" actually meant something.
