Whats this?

So I was just pulling out a Russian suburban (Me and some other people are working to fix it)
And the camera just exits the vehicle and explores ECA. I can't provide a video unfortantly but its very weird, but it follows roads and is very stable, but it keeps looping. Can someone tell me what this is? Oh and when I press Shift + C the camera stays in place but when I press it again it just starts following roads and moving through forests and whatnot. Sorry if I can't explain this right, but It was weird. Also, when I exited the game and came back everything was fine.

 

Well, I was messing with a vehicle then I went to the bridge by the town and I switched to the vehicle me and a few people are working on to improve and then the camera smoothly transitions from the vehicle and it starts. I can't duplicate it though. I wasn't looking into files before that also

 

For me I spawned a crash test dummy in the driver's seat of a T series
