Lancia Delta Integrale Evo II for BeamNG.drive Trailer made by me Thank you for doing these awsome pics @FilsFilms After many mounth of work, help and many tries of different 3D models, my favourite car of all time finally found a way into Beamng.drive The Lancia Delta Integrale Evo II was built 1993–1994. It had 205 to 215 HP and topped out at 220 km/h. It accelerates in the stock version to 100 in 5,7 seconds. It came with a 2 litre turbo engine and is one of the most famous Rally cars of all time. First let me tell a little story how everything began: Around 6 mounth ago I had the dream to get my favourite Rally car of all time into Beamng.drive. I had no experience at this time how vehicle creation works. Some day I found a 3D model and Joeyfuller2000 portet it for me into the game. Poorly the 3D model was way too high poly; so unusable for me. Next i found a better optimized one but I had no plan how textures and all that stuff was working. i asked many people but I found noone. After a few weeks I had a converstion with directUA and crashmaster and some others, crashmaster portet as a "surprise" a HQ model from the game "Dirt Rally" to Blender. From there we had something to work with. The textures worked more or less instantly and I was so happy that I figured more and more stuff out. With the time many people asked to help on the delta mod and it went more and more perfect. f.e. directUA modified the jbeam from the hatch to fit to the Lancia, crashmaster did jbeam fixes / new ones , props , and way more (all is listed in the credits section). At the same time he was like a teacher for me; we had at least 10 pages of private conversation , Thank You, because without your help and all your time wastement the car wouldnt be as perfect as it is now and also I couldn'd do cars like I do it now! With the time I also did more and more on the car (interior glowmaps and general stuff) and also darren9 did a great job, he f.e. did completly custom gauges ( from digital to non digital) , set up needles and gauge glowmaps , also he made the lights working, thank you! adrian13 made the smoke and fire system working and also set up the steering wheel (all credits are listed down below). But anyways I'd like to say Thank you to you all again, without your help and work this prolject would never came out that good like now and maybe wouldn't be never finnished at all! Now after more of less then 6 mounth I think its ready for release To be honest I also think its one of the best/good mods in 2016 (just my opinion) screenshots: This mod features: Own modified Jbeam Also some custom made jbeam parts HQ 3D model + textures Stig driver Own Torque Curve many different camera postions Own engine / Bov / glass sounds (not really) hidden easter egg fully working props (gauges / interior glowmaps / steeringwheel / needles / front-tail-reverse-rally lights / pedals / parking brake) Brakeble glass and lights Fire / exhaust system Dynamic Reflections brake system (still WIP) many HQ Skins 6 configurations 4WD Custom LUA Bugs : Here and there you can find some minor bugs but nothing major Rear doors can't open because of the model and the jbeam Credits: @crashmaster : ported the 3D model and textures / jbeam improvements / scratch made jbeams / dices / props / My teacher into vehicle creation + HUGE development and more... Wow! This is T-H-E car! EDIT: Why it is uploaded only in forums? Make sure it can be downloaded from the Mods depository aswell
Great work on this! Really appreciate all the effort everyone put into this. Not sure if this is one of the minor bugs you know about, but the spoiler becomes weak when the roll cage is removed.
