i was only joking, hence why i put the warning. i do not mean that and also i said "they may smoke other things oh wait that is america." and i do not mean it and i am not that type of person
That doesn't look bad, actually. Maybe the imprint on the front and rear should be made using a normal map to avoid using extra polygons. My dad had a beige eighth-gen Suzuki Super Carry for a while, until a drunk driver in a red Renault (a pre-2001 Laguna, I believe) pulled out of a turning at the bottom of a hill without his lights on at night... Straight into the front-right wheel.
I plan on normal mapping almost everything this time. Under the hood, on the engine and frame and so on.
I completed the dashboard. Mind you that these are shadeless renders. It will look even better in-game. Plus I have a normal map for the gauges.
You shouldn't 'cut' a text into a model. I can imagine what a mess of wireframe that part will have. Use normals instead, will result in a much cleaner result.
That was the plan all along Just haven't finished the body, applied the mirror, and baked the normals yet.
That is a beautiful dash. But, I do have one suggestion. Maybe you could make the air vents black outlined just for the sake that they'll match the gauge cluster. It's just my OCD.
I think I might have exceeded the towing limit slightly... As a slight side question, it is my understanding that scaling vehicles in jBeam is quite painful. The R60 is about 5-10% too large for what it is supposed to be, is it recommended to fix this sort of issue as soon as possible or wait until finished? --- Post updated --- My PC crashed... Turns out 4 R60's towing an ETK I was too much
fixing suspension when suddenly wheelie the rear suspension isn't really attached to anything though so it is impossible to drive
Well. i wanted a drift k series. but wanted dents and a skin. then i found out there WAS NO skin for the k series. so im making one and will use it until the official one is ingame.
Alright! Cool beans! This is going to be fun little thing. It'll go right along with the Ibishu Sparrow!
