Hmmmm, I suppose that's the result of non testing with coffidential friends. If somebody find the solution of the problem write here. Try to supress the silverado.cached and tell me if the Silverado work. Sorry for the incovenience of my first beta :/
I think my first problem was that i just unpacked the entire folder to the beamng vehicles folder. Now I just put the folder named "silverado" in and it crashes immediatly when choosing that vehicle
I deleted silverado.cached.dts but it still crashed. I couldn't find silverado.dts or any other .dts files so I assumed this is what you meant
I don't understand why it work on my game, when I re-install it and for all the others it don't work....
INSIDE THE FOLDER YOU WILL SEE A FOLDER CALLED VEHICLE, CLICK IT, COPY THE SILVERADO FOLDER INTO THE VEHICLES FOLDER FOR BEAMNG, problem solved!
Can your computer handle it? It's running fine on my laptop and i'm enjoying the hell out of crashing it and taking it off roading haha. That's the only thing I can say to fix it not showing up when you click it. Make sure its ONLY the Silverado folder.. Not the long names Silverado folder. Having both can throw it off maybe? EDIT: I see youre post ^^^ now about the folder XD haha man I could have just read that and saved myself 15 minutes XD sorry moose
I don't think it's a problem with the computer. Did you do anything to the folder after you put it in the "vehicles" folder? Also, what unzipping software are you using? (Jzip, Winzip, etc)
i extracted with winrar and then uniextractor because i have it installed. both still make the game crash
