When you are on the street in a rusty Oldsmobile... Your luck is never heard offffff.. So like I said before, in a rusty Oldsmobile, you have a luck of a black cat.
When the VTEC hits nothing can touch you, literally. thanks to @randomshortguy for his aerial thrusters on the covet
Hey Carl.. I didn't know you meant "bicycle wheels" literally.. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I like how we had 3 Oldsmobile posts in succession. It's that good.
@iheartmods Well awesome, if you need any other textures, browse through the newest ones on Tennessee USA map, there's a bunch of black asphalt variation textures in there, including two-lanes-per-side (to make four or five lane roadways), yellow angled striping (for forbidden lanes), left-turn lanes, right turn lanes, on/off ramps, blank sections for intersection patches etc... if there's a texture you need, and you can't copy-paste-a it in into existence, let me know (same for anyone else who can use my textures). If anyone else needs a texture set for roadways, give me a shout if you can't already find something in the newest So-Cal v7 (it's on the discussion forum, v6 on mods section isn't the newest or nicest textures), or in the newest Tennessee USA (lots of 2k x 4k stuff and 4k square textures!). If anyone has trouble with any of the Tennessee textures, use blank normals on them (as some aren't quite perfect yet) of the same size (generic flat-blue) as honestly asphalt flat roadways really DON'T need 3d-ish bump-mapping unless they're heavily faulted/worn down. You can also turn down the specular mapping a bit if it's problematic/too shiny in the materials.cs file. Again, my textures are created for my maps in particular but they're free for everyone to use just give me a mention if you do use them It's something I *CAN* do for the Beam community. @Vinh Sweet OLDS 'hate tank' !!! Is there anyway you can make an 1980~1985 TORONADO ? If anyone finds one, I WANT IT. There's an eldorado of the same era, someone could work some magic (and update the wheels to the new format too). --Cheers P.S. To keep on topic, obligatory previews of the next Tennessee USA version coming out the end of the month! 144 sq/miles, 140+ miles of road (136m in v3 currently available)! Tennessee is available under the map FORUMS, for users with 8gb of ram or more (you may need to patch it to reduce forest size for 8gb machines so it doesn't LAG). THE largest map by sq/mi. THE MOST road mileage, ALL smoothed! Almost 1000hrs of work if not more by now.
