It's unobtainable, but you can now see them drive around. The autoshow like image was a mode where you select cars for a Custom event blueprint. This mode shows every car that exists in FH3 right now, including the unobtainable ones. Here is an unobtainable Horizon Edition of the quickest drag car in the game (The Dart).

I was just checking out the car list.. Sad to see that Australia's quickest car isn't included in the game.. Just Holden's/Opel and Fords... I was hoping they included Chrysler Valiant Charger with it's record breaking 265c.i Hemi Six.. Sure it wasn't Australia's fastest car as that title goes to the Ford XY GTHO Phase 3 351c.i V8 but it wasn't as quick as the Valiant Charger. Sad that the Wog Chariot missed out.
Australia's current quickest car is the HSV GTS, but yes. I too was disappointed that the Charger wasn't included. Also Opel is German
That's one reason I brought a car pass. Why include ford and holden but forget to include Chrysler valiant and Australian Mitsubishi. Oh and I want a Mitsubishi V3000.
