explorer and focus are old unreleased private mods right? *carries on laughing*. You'll work it out, just compare it with the creators usual stuff.

 

The part I don't get is that the original author has made it clear how much of a rush job those cars were. They can't be that fun to drive or crash because of the lack of quality, and they're pretty hideous for screenshot purposes, so I'm guessing people are just posting them here in a "look at me I have something you don't have" kind of fashion when in fact nobody really wants them.

Nürburgring, it's a quite old MOD in the forum and only North Circuit is available, it's probably a conversation model from other game, can't find that MOD at the moment;

Judging by what the mod looks like it's a conversation from either RFactor or GTR2. For both games someone made a Nürburgring mod which includes the Nordschleife and GP track as well as a few undetailed roads around the 'Ring. I guess the guy who converted the mod to BNG only converted the Nordschleife part.
