F7 teleportation doesn't work properly

long long time ago F7 teleported vehicle to camera position, before some update that broke this thing, now it mostly respawns vehicle instead of teleporting it. i wrote about that long time ago, but gone some updates and it doesn't fixed

 

It works fine here. Problem is on your end.

 

i spawn 8 cars, but only 2 of them teleports properly, others just respawns

 

i spawned 7 cars 2 were mods rest were official. I pressed shift+c to go into freecam and then moved 100 meters ahead and pressed f7 to spawn it forward. After doing that for every car I had the result: all cars had been moved without issue. Tested on the ssrb map.
