I can't delete my posts or threads

    I feel like one should be able to delete their own post/thread if one so chooses.

    Click "report" on your original post and for the reason say that you want the thread deleted. That's what I did for my threads. Not sure if they'll ever add a way to delete it yourself though...

    Probably not, to avoid a series of ways it could be abused.

    That will also make you think twice before pressing that 'Post Reply' button ;)

    you can just edit the reply by erasing all you wrote and replacing it with something like [DELETED]

    Don't do that.
    If you are not sure about posting something, simply don't post it.

    If you can't resist for some obscure reason, instead of breaking your own post, use the report button and ask us to remove it.

    Also, reporting the post to tell you guys to remove it would be wildly inefficient..wouldn't it?

    And what I said above. If you are not sure about posting something, do not post it :)
    Your post is going to be read by many many people, so one more reason to think twice before posting ;)
