I think the Volvo P220 is the prettiest car ever. Also known as the Volvo Amazon wagon here in scandinavia due to copyright issues. The P220, along many other Volvos, was designed by Jan Wilsgaard who was a Norwegian-Swedish designer. But he was actually born in New York and therefore he brought the american style to the european market. Some say that Wilsgaard took a lot of inspiration from the 1955 Chrysler 300 which is very obvious if you look at the two-piece grille. I actually own one of these myself. It might be old, but it´s a wonderful car.
It´s nowhere near as good condition as the one pictured above are. It has some rust and it need some love. But it runs and stops I guess it depends on where you live. Here in sweden you can find one in not the greatest condition maybe, but running for about 2500 gbp. But if you´re looking for a wagon in perfect condition with all original parts the price might go up as high as 8000 gbp. Yeah high five! If I´m not mistaken the 1950 SAAB is the one without a trunklid. Where you had to fold the backseat to get access to the trunk. Or am I totally wrong? A fun fact about those early SAABs is that they got the nickname "Pear half" here in sweden, due to its shape and the fact that they were only available in one color at the time which was called "Bottle green".
Probably one of the prettiest cars in my eyes, it has decent ground clearance, old styling, and fake wood paneling. First time I saw one of these I instantly fell in love with it.
Yeah, that's right. it was an innovation but it doesn't aid the aerodynamics much and is a big faf. I didn't know about the nickname Here in Scotland cars are very cheap. I found a mint 1917 Model T for £2000! It's gone now though, didn't have room. (This isn't the actual car, I didn't take any pictures of it...)
(not mine, I wish I had one) 1993 Ram Cummins (preferably the 5-spd manual) These last forever, sound awesome when you drive it and it's tough as a rock! I saw one of these pass by SPEEDING actually and I instantly fell in love with the looks of it and the engine
