Two vastly different photos taken with my Canon SL1. The first one was taken at 1/50 sec., using shutter priority on a 75-400 mm zoom lens.
For the second, I remotely shot (using EOS utility) at f/22, ISO 200, and I can't remember what shutter speed on an 18-55 mm lens. The only lighting was from two desk lamps, and the backdrop was some black cloth with glitter on it. I was quite surprised how close the lens could get to the subject without needing extension tubes or cropping.

Bokeh is one of the most beautiful artefacts of the physics of lighting and camera lenses.

Anyone who disagrees that bokeh is beautiful is either lying or wrong.

If the rain holds off tonight I will be taking some more of these photos at some different locations that I scouted today.

I borrowed my Grandpa's Nikon Coolpix P520 when I went to the lake district. It may not be the best camera, but in my opinion the shots I got were much better than the ones I could've taken on my phone.

I like to hang out here and clear my mind sometimes. Photo from left is from 8/25/2016 and right is 8/28/2016.

That last one looks like a rendering, its incredible :p

Its also interesting to see how the wheel arch isn't round, wonder what the design decisions that went into that were. Must be some aero benefit etc.

Good question, since there isnt a vent or anything. I'm also guessing it has something to do with aero.
