Hey y'all, I'm back again and want to finish my own vehicle for once. The NSX[ concept HSV I started awhile ago was just too much for me at the time (still have it if someone wants to actually use/work on it). So, I decided to make something simpler and easier to access, a simple '66 Mustang coupe. I'm still getting a hold of Blender so bear with me, and the (free!) blueprints I found weren't the greatest, but I'll make it work (even if it turns out crooked and looking like it just came out of a waffle maker).

Basic shape for ~70% of the uni-body done. Lines aren't the straightest and not 100% on point (due to the blueprint I found). Probably more polys than I need, but whatever.

    Day 4:
    Almost done with the body.

Quick little update, got the rear end shaped out. Again, not exact, but close.

    It ain't dead! (yet)

Got the floor pan done and the firewall setup along with the rear seats and dash. Don't have that much time during the week to work on it, so most of it will be done from weekend to weekend. Can't guarantee an accurate car at the end, but should look similar to a Mustang. Don't know what all I have planned - want to make one similar to mine and my dad's Sprint 200 and probably a stock V8 example too. Want to do a fastback too, but I'm not gonna guarantee it. Pretty happy how it's going though.

And yes, I probably put more detail in than I need...gotta make it count right?

BTW, can someone help me out with adding some "thickness" to a flat surface without having to fully model it face by face (ie: floorpan and firewall)?

Hey y'all, just a quick update. Added thickness to the floor, roof, and firewall now. Most of the body is done and ready for a quick jbeam file to test out in-game, but it appears that I can't jbeam for s*** since it won't appear in the vehicle list. Can anyone give a helping hand?

I don't think that it is safe to call the thread dead yet, but spamming the thread is a little annoying. If the author truly cares about the mod, they will upload progress or an explanation of why they won't finish the mod or haven't been working on it.
