The LeGran is not released yet, so we don't know everything at the moment. You never know, it might have a grille with the signature.

I have a 4.2 V6 diesel and transmission made for this car already, in case it doesn't have one at release. Tested on '96 Pessima.

I really want to know what the front offset safety is on this. Kind of hoping it's a death-trap and this is going to sound weird because it's dark but I want to recreate a crash. Story time, in the mid-nineties my dad's best friend had a 1987 LeBaron sedan and was going 45 when a guy in a Silverado fell asleep behind the wheel and crashed into him going 60 and, like I said it would sound weird, I am looking forward to recreating this as sadistic as it sounds. Anyway good work Gabe, and nice job getting people on the edge of their seats ;)

Was the LeBaron a coupe or sedan, if a coupe then that explains that.

In '87 it had a coupe and sedan variant, and I think maybe a convertible

The frontal offset safety on this 1980s Bruckell LeGran would probably be similar to this:

The closest thing you can get to a 1990s Silverado is the D-Series. If you can video tape this BeamNG crash recreation when the LeGran comes out, that would be great.

Yep, my friend has a convertible. It's so poorly made that the doors hit the front fenders and make a horrible noise when the sheet metal scrapes together.

On topic, I'm more excited for the Hopper but this looks pretty awesome.

Honestly, I'm more concerned about the gas mileage of the LeGran vs. the Hopper.

LeGran will surely get better MPGs. (Late 80s semi-economy vehicle vs. 70s dedicated offroading vehicle)

I hope this has a gauge cluster like this one

I don't wanna ask for interior pics, but I'm really curious.

    AND A DIGIDASH OPTIONAL

But yeah, that cluster just reeks of old 80's ""luxury"" cars. Its distasteful horizontal speedometer, the pointless gear selected thing, the atrocious looking fuel level gauge, the lack of a tacho.
    Yeah, 80's!

Wanna hear something weird? That's from a '95 LeSabre. :) I agree with you on the digidash thing too

I knew right away it was a LeSabre since my aunt had one before she passed. She was an alcoholic and starting when I was 15 would have me drive her to the store for more wine if she was drunk and couldn't drive. I can just imagine the LeGran reeking like her Pall Malls and boxed wine, with an overpowering scent of dog. Either that or a teenager's weed, Marlboros, and a Little Trees air freshener hanging from the mirror to cover up the smell of the former.

I remember my dad's 1990 98 Regency Brougham; I can imagine driving in it with a burgundy interior, Coca-Cola cans left and right, and a rumbly V6 as you plow along slowly. I would love the LeGran to be similar.

That, or 2 pillows on the driver's seat for Granny, so she could see the road.
