I tried my own hand at it, here is a sorta terrible coupe version.

 

Still too long, for a coupe it would be more like this:

 

Yeah, the door in mine needs to be longer, like the one in your pic. Coupes aren't made by shortening the chassis, they just take out the rear doors and make the front doors longer to give the car new proportions (and the illusion of a shorter length)

Here is an example:

These are the 5 door and 3 door versions of the Renault Clio, respectively. You'll see the two cars have the exact same length, however the 3 door has a significantly bigger front door, whereas the 5 door has front and rear doors of about the same size. This gives the 3 door a much more sleek and balanced look ;p

 

Actually, "traditional" coupes are often on a shorter wheelbase, or an heavily modified chassis.

"Coupè" is the french for "cut", reference to the shorter body when compared to the respective saloon counterparts, often obtained by shortening ("cutting") the wheelbase.

Dropping the rear doors makes 2dr sedans, not coupes. The Clio above is a 3dr hatchback.

 

Well now the car is in-game! I am so excited. Now I can make cities with even more 80s to 2000s aircraft carriers!

 

those ARE basically additional body styles.

 

When this thing is released, i'll make a version dedicated to banger racing.

 

Or it comes already with a banger version, like Moonhawk or Grand Marshal

 

No I mean like if there were base and luxury versions for the legran then I would want base and luxury versions in the vehicle selector for the wagon and coupe

 

There should be an interesting version like a folkrace one.

 

Once again its pretty much the same with the modern ETKs there are comfort models and sport models for each.

 

Can't wait for the introduction video on their YT channel.

In my opinion I think this car very closely resembles the Oldsmobile Cutlass Cruiser from the early 90's

 

I want to do a lot of stupid things to the car, like max out the suspension height for the biggest tire it will fit.

 

The first mod related to the legran is going to be a donk legran.

 

Just gave me a new idea lol!!!

 

I never thought anyone would be excited over such a crappy car...

I want to cut it in two pieces and drive it like that.
