    :)

My son is my whole family, and I plan to be with him as long as I can, even if I have virtually no days off till January...

He's the youngest beta tester of the CRD Monster Truck! :)

awwwww! I alsow do perfer to have high quality mods instead of low quality mods, so you can take time. You can also have him bate test what you have now if you want to get the project out of the way..

Hello, I am new to the Beamng community and love monster trucks. It's a shame Monster Jam has corrupted the industry putting all their advertisement into little children, with Scooby Doo, The Halo truck etc. In my opinion it's ridiculous, I would much rather use my money to watch a 3 jump, straight on drag RACE, something Monster Jam hasn't done since the early 2000's. All they care about is freestyle.

But enough of my rant. I LOVE the trucks you guys are making, but i have to make a request. If somebody would make a lot of the 90's trucks that raced in PENDA that would be absolutely amazing. Trucks like Bearfoot, Bigfoot #'s 8, 10, 11, 15, Extreme Overkill, GD7, Carolina Crusher, Taurus, all of the trucks that really started the awesome sport. Yeah Grave Digger is cool, but I've honestly seen it so much It's kind of old. I hope some of this community can agree with me!

Those look great! I have got to critique it though. The racerback on the earlier Ford body's (Wildfoot and 94' Powerwheels) needs to be lengthened. The flames on the Powerwheels need some touching up. If you need some photos I have PLENTY :). But the CRD chassis on those Bigfoot trucks almost makes me hurl. Look at the racer back on the Wildfoot pic below, its a lot longer than the one's in your photo. The flames on the PW photo are more orange, so if you can do that, and make the rims white, that would be awesome! :) I really hope someone takes up the task of tackling those Bigfoot chassis.

Not relevant to this mod but...

Seeing some USHRA monsters would be cool. I would imagine one (I'm useless with dev) could modify the D-series chassis to get such trucks like Excalibur, Bigfoot, USA-1, Equalizer, Wild Hair etc.

    OK, back to tuber monsters

USHRA is the United States Hot Rod Association, Where monster trucks started. I suggest looking at some old videos from the 80's and 90's era. You would probably like them. The trucks he was referencing were mostly leaf spring trucks, but a lot of them moved on to become tube chassis w/ nitrogen shocks or keeping the leafs.

I think the cool thing about this CRD chassis is that its close enough to most the trucks from the past 20 years. Its a matter of modeling/adding nodes to the bodies...which seems to be the most difficult at this point. We have come a long way in the past 2 years so super happy to see a usable and outright fun mod that was pretty much made from scratch

I don't think they are very similar. Most trucks from the past 2 decades have had lower center's of gravity, and a smaller cradle. The chassis has evolved into a freestyle machine. Not a lightweight racing machine of the 90's. But then again, most people had to make their Monster Truck instead of FELD just throwing money out.

DO'H, that's no bueno. Hope he can resolve that issue.
