Of course, a backbone chassis, how could I have missed that? I believe chassis like these (Elan, Esprit, DMC-12) had brackets and other substructures to get the body to stand off the backbone slightly so there isn't any direct contact to minimise rubbing. The box cross section in the transmission tunnel would be quite strong, but the front and rear sections would be weak under lateral loads since the girders are quite long, unsupported, and two dimensional. If it's made of extruded aluminium like its real world counterparts, it'll need a lot more bracing. But as you said, if you attach the rear axle directly to the body, it'll create a strong point for the rear suspension and the rear girders will only be there for torsional bracing and not lateral location. It's all good my dude.
Great thing i had the Clio....Also, would there be a Clio version (a version that is still badged as Clio)
made a mod i also had to go for milk and pull a mate through firelands so yeah making a conversion is a question of 5 minutes @Pissh @Fen @Vinh @whoever
Oh, do i care? No....I'm not as good as you, so shut up and enjoy your own ability and NOT bashing people's ability
