Want to convert those mesh roads to decal roads so that if we fall off, we can drive back on? With the new terrain editor features, you can. Simple, go into your terrain editor, the 2nd and 3rd last buttons with the little arrows will allow you to raise and lower the ground to the height of your mesh road, here-by removing the need for the mesh road entirely. If you make the mesh road larger before doing this (usually by way of the text editor like notepad++ in the .mis file there), you can make sure you have plenty of room for road. You may also grab textures out of any of my maps, there's plenty, you can even make your own intersections if you need to.
Because of the curbing? I mean the curbing is nice, yes, but you can make that curb out of mesh road if you must have it, or out of a regular DAE itself.
I have it unzipped and it's still not there. directory looks like this: Documents>BeamNG.drive>mods>levels>Akinapass>[all stuff like art, decals etc.] Help.
You aren't supposed to unzip it. If it is packed incorrectly, you still need to re-zip the file for it to work.
To make the game 'see' unzipped file structure instead of putting it in mods/levels unzip the folder into /levels/akinapass/ (level contents here).
Easy! He joined today and he might not know everything about this forums! Welcome, next time you post something be sure to look up the date of the post above you to not create a bump, it makes people angry!
That would depend on if burilkovdeni is still around to fix it... or if he would even be willing too.
It's worth a shot - If not I may see if I could fix that map and try get permission to re-upload. No experience at modding but I want to try learn to
I will fix it soon. Thanks for telling me about the issues on the map. The reason that the fix is taking a long time is that I am working on other mods also. When I fix it I will release it as a resource.
I hope this and the 90s miramar get's released at the same time because of night kids (94 covet) vs takumi recreation
Hi, I see you're new to the forums. What you just did is called a bump. A bump is a reply to a dead thread or thread that hasn't seen a post in a long time. It is recommended that you not do this. Thanks!
