How do I make my custom radiator break

how can I make my rad break.

 

What do you mean with break? Overheat?

 

I mean like get damaged. So it doesnt work as well

 

Radiator isn't beamed. You just defined it as an engine feature, but it can't interact with the world as it is.

It is done. But your separate part doesn't include any beam.

 

And how would I include the one u already did

 

It's kinda tricky, you'll have to separate the radiator mesh from the spaceframe if you want any form of visual damage, and then move all the required nodes/beams from the chassis to the radiator.

... How about you just... wait till we're done with "official" thermals instead?
