Fantastic!! Just one question. I'm sure you are, but are you planning on putting a rear bottom quarter panel behind the tire? Just like in front of the tire. Underneath the 2nd crease. Also, even though it is pointless right now, I was wondering if... You could maybe make a 5th wheel attachment?
I think it looks good, but just one suggestion: I would flatten out the dually pop-out things. I think that would look better. Do what you want with it though
I believe this is how you should do it, but it's just my opinion. http://i.ebayimg.com/t/1999-2007-Fo...Zi/$T2eC16NHJIIE9qTYI12jBRgYZhzDGw~~60_35.JPG I can't upload an image right now for some reason...
Extra parts. Doubt it. I still havn't figured out how to get it back into BeamNG. It's not a very easy game to mod.
Would love to see this working nicely as a non-destructive (i.e. not overwriting original files) 3rd-party mod when we get multi-.DAE support working
I agree with Gabe. I think it should be a completely seperate vehicle. That would be a lot of parts to change over for this version. Which is like the coolest thing ever! I'm so excited about this.
I'm pretty sure Gabester did NOT say this should be a seperate vehicle. What he said was that he would like to see this working with the multiple .DAE support, which means the original vehicle would stay and this mod would be selectable through the parts menu thingy.
How is that? The van and box truck are both in the same .DAE. And it's non destructive. Wouldn't that be harder for some people? How would you add a part to the .DAE without going into a 3D software?. Download the file with all 3 vehicles and overwrite the current van .DAE? So my question is, how in the world is someone not good at 3D supposed to get the super duty into the .DAE? Oooorrrrrr, does he mean we will be able to put multiple .DAE files into one folder? As in put all of my d-15 mods into one d-15 file and pick through them as we would when choosing the default/v8/off-road versions. Which if so, it would still be a separate vehicle with it being a separate .DAE even though it is in the same folder of the van. because I would so much rather hit ctrl-E and switch one thing then to hit ctrl-w and switch fifteen(or however many) things.
