So, my G27 makes weird rattling/squealing noises when fully calibrated and turned to the right from the center. Weird explanation, I know. Here's a video of this noise in its full glory. I already tried setting some settings from the settings tab in Logitech settings (I had to), but it seems to be a mechanical problem instead. I may have a hunch on what could be causing it, but it's out of my english volcabulary, I'm afraid...

    Ideas, anyone?
(Apologies for the vertical filming :) )

I can take a look at it, but it still doesn't really explain why this noise comes when passing midpoint going to the right....

Forgot to mention that this noise DOES NOT appear when the wheel is not powered.

so it does not appear with force feedback off, might be the two (?) FF motors which hold and release the force a few times per sec??

I was thinking the same. Now the question is, which one is faulty? Or both?

Hmm. I would try cleaning the whole unit out especially any open gears. Alternatively, it could be a motor. So try the cleaning then if that doesn't work, I would replace the motors or just get a new unit
