It would be interesting to have some sort of "engine complexity". Things like having to start up the engine, make it harder if cold weather or some sort of engine damage. Stalling would be interesting too, as well as battery charge and the engine cranking speed changing according to the amount of charge left in the battery. Of course I have no idea how hard it would be to implement that but that would make it a little bit more realistic for me.
I learned about "More Features Mod" a little after I created this thread. Still, I hope it can be perfected! Just recently learned about this game and I'm very excited about how realistic it is.
You don't even need the more features mod. Engine stalling, starting/stopping, and simple damage are already implemented in the vanilla game.
It would be nice if too much boost would make that nice and expensive sound, wrroooOOOCRAK -------- ! That feeling when engine makes bad noise and goes completely silent, disbelief, anger, cry, panic, then you just push car to side of road, clean up metal pieces from road and build motor again. Same way after missing a shift, I mean that is part of the thrill with built up cars, you take risks, you push the limits and make that gamble, sometimes you get cold chills on spine and sweat on forehead
If you try and give the car throttle while in a high gear with not much power, it usually stalls. Even worse without auto-clutch, if you don't use the clutch at all it often breaks gears.
The game is very beautiful and perfectly optimized And now I will say that there is not enough game 1.not enough when you press the ignition key to turn on the power and then start 2. When rolling the machine off the mountain in the 1st gear, it rushes like a whisker like to have a motor compression 3. There is not enough damage to the drives when driving madly
