    i don't have the Dell Inspiron laptop, I'm talking about my desktop that has a desktop GTX960. The GTX960M has a TDP limit that is lower than the desktop one 120w vs 75w

    Yes the 960M 4GB is weak, I bought it for mostly work so I rarely game on it.

    I have my desktop for that, overclock the 960M a little bit you will get a few more FPS, pay attention to them temps though.

    I undervolted it so it currently sits at around 60-62 c when running GTAV with real gameplay.

    Before it would tap high 80s - low 90s, Intel throws too much voltage at it at stock form.
