Weather has been lovely lately in the UK. Seems odd to see it not raining in the lake district, that's always a rarity when I am there
It's 4 am, I want to go to bed, and this is happening. Thing is, this will probably be one of the last times I have to do this since support for Vista ends on April 11. I almost want to cherish it. Weird I know, but believe it or not I have some fond memories of Windows Vista. It really isn't such a terrible operating system once the service packs are installed. My mom has a Toshiba laptop with Vista on it. That laptop was the one that got me into making Lego stop motion videos with Windows Movie Maker. That same laptop is also the one that got me into BeamNG. I played the first techdemo on that laptop, and boy did I have fun. I had no idea at the time what framerate was or really what any sort of game mechanics at all. It was just, and still is, a fun car physics simulator. I would make videos for a couple of my friends of me playing the techdemo and send the videos through email. That is what started my idea of creating a Youtube channel. My early videos were crap, and now I don't really feel like spending the time to make them any more. At least gaming videos. They don't get many views. I will make my own video showcasing Windows Vista and what it has to offer.
There is a new winner for "worst train interior I have ridden in", congratulations to Northern trains for this victory. The seats are literally child sized. On the plus side it is actually pretty clean and the engine seems to be idling well. So not all bad I guess. --- Post updated --- They are usually a lot less dignified than that --- Post updated --- Fuck, one of my trains has been canceled. This could be a very interesting journey... UPDATE All trains down the east coast of the UK are canceled. Well ain't that great. The best alternate route suggested by national rail according to their maps they have sent is to go from where I am in the east midlands, to London in the South, Up to the north west, then a cross to the north east... UPDATE 2 There seems to be a non timetabled unicorn train heading north that I am currently sat on. This one is much nicer UPDATE 3 They have given us free take as much as you would like food and drink :-D
The weather is pretty good here. About 15c, sunny with cloudy blue skies. Much cooler than yesterday which was over 20c.

Prepping myself for the ass fisting that the windows 10 creators update will no doubt be. Now I just hope to god the updates stay off...
my english teacher is retarded we had to read some weird story about chinese people in the US who cant eat properly, and someone said "Gee, ..." to the narrator. She assumed Gee was the narrators name (?!?!), and even when I told her Gee was just an expression she didnt believe me. Now, of course she isnt a native english speaker, but has she never heard anyone from the US/UK/AUS/etc actually speaking?! wtf
I'm just gonna let my system have the update, tbh. I like it when things break, makes it more fun for me.
