That looks like a Crewcab F-150 from the era but with the bed totally removed and replaced by a trunk.
The last one was made in 2003 in mexico, and that's only because car safety in mexico is more of a suggestion than a requirement.
It actually got slashed not because of safety standards but because a law in Mexico was passed in 2003 which required taxis to have four doors (which the Beetle didn't). So production would've kept going probably.

Ehh, I prefer that it's gone, after they absolutely destroyed all the good models with their crappy late nineties stuff. I've been in a real Pontiac though... Aka 83 Grand Prix hotrod owned by my grandfather, so I respect the brand, but it's best gone.
Crappy? What are you talking about? The 90's Firebird doesn't seem that bad to me. I like the design of it, same being said for the Camaro.
