Same goes for savage, no one ever saw his truck in the hills of Utah, when he detonated the c4 to block the road. Nomad also hasnt risen any cop attention yet, so he can visit Black Widow. Unlike Rebel. He was involved in prison bus assault. Bus driver could have seen him/his car. Criminals on the bus also could've seen him/his car (well the ones still conscious after that hard hit) and also other witnesses could have seen him fleeing the scene. This time registration will be very strict. Last time I closed it too late and had over 30 people hoping to featured in the movie, that I didnt want to let down, but therefore I had much more difficult task to figure out how to fit everyone in. When the applications open and I have 10-15 cars, I will close them. So only those who posted apps during that time will get the chance to be featured. Tenesee and sultan (Mountain or ridge, I forgot...) have train tracks. I don't know of any others. Also, I don't want to miss applications due to being at school, just so you know...
