Go to Controls menu, and search for 'Throttle' (or 'Throttle & Brake' depending on your wheel).
Click on the binding, then choose another type of filter (Direct probably).
    Press apply and see.

Go to Controls > Hardware, and take a screenshot please, and post here.
Did you install the wheel's drivers correctly?

Why it says PS Adaptor? It should not say that. Your wheel is not being recognized correctly.
Are you using some third-party PS adapters/drivers or controller emulators programs?
    Those may be causing conflicts.

And do you use the PS3 controller on your PC?
If so, how are you connecting it and what programs are you using (since the PS3 is not PC compatible by default if I recall correctly)?

I cannot help you if you don't give me precise informations.
Earlier I asked if you owned any Playstation device that you used on your PC, and you said a PS3.
I asked if you used the PS3 controller on your PC, and now you say you are using an Xbox controller.

So, let me question that again:
Do you use any Playstation device on your PC?
Do you have any Playstation driver/software on your PC?

Ok, I think you got confused.
So let's clear up some things.

Your wheel is not a Playstation device.
Your wheels' drivers are not Playstation drivers.

The problem there is that your PC/game thinks that your wheel is a Playstation device, which is wrong.
In particular, it think it's a device named "PS(R) Gamepad Adaptor", which is wrong, as it should say "Speedlink Drift OZ" instead.

That is very likely caused by some program you installed on your PC to make Playstation controllers work on your PC.
Now, only you know you what program that is, and from where you got it.
Google "PS(R) Gamepad Adaptor" and see if you have anything similar.

You need to remove whatever program is doing that in order to fix that.
