No its not my original design. its a vehicle from a game called street legal racing. you should check it out its really fun.
Big thanks for update. And another variant to improve model - internal textures... And here summary for glowing lights from SLRR: Headlights: Taillights, without brakes pressed: Taillights with brake pedal slammed down:
textures are something i would like to get in beamng. but i am not good at all with textures and i had a hard time doing what i did. if i could get help with it it would be greatly appreciated since textures are my weak spot. as for glowing... also a place where i suck at lol. those few minor things are the things i cant do which is why they are missing. but i would do them if i could
I know how to apply textures and material related stuff, but to make it colorable AND to have the detail. Thats where im limited. I tried a few things and the results was not nice. Which is why they are just a blank colorable texture. It just has to do with the way their textures are done and the way beamng has colorable textures. I could go more in detail but im on my ipod at the moment.
Shouldn't the game then be credited? Or is this even allowed? To use the model without the permission of the owner and uploading it to the mods repository?
hmm, strange... first time i tried it, i surely remember that there was RWD... now i checked and it's FWD ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
One of my cars (in real life) is an Toyota Mr2 AW11. I always wanted to have an small, mid-engine, rear-wheel driven car in BeamNG... I modified the Duhen to be mid-engined and what do you know: It drives JUST like an mid-engined car ^^ So, my propose would be to implement another Version of it to be an awesome little sports car (like a Lotus Elise or an Toyota Mr2). Because I'm having heaps of fun with it! (And a big thanks for this awesome work! For me, this is one of the best mods so far on BeamNG Simple, nostalgic, great engine and great handling!)
been thinking about making a proper rear engine lol. maybe in the future thanks tho. i really appreciate the nice feedback
Mid engine setup sounds nice, pity that the engine doesn't. (Sorry the stock covet sound is so ear rapey to my sensitive drums.)
how to make mods? it takes time. heres a good place to start off. it has a lot of info about how to make cars and such. https://wiki.beamng.com/Vehicle_Creation_Megapage
