Agreed. We need some sort of wedge-nosed, affordable eighties sports coupe, possibly mid-engined like a Fiero 2M4/GT, Toyota MR2, or Fiat X1/9. Of course, something front-engined and aerodynamic in the same manner as a Corvette, Dodge Omni 024 or 84-91 Dodge Daytona would also be awesome.
Looks like the next update will have the feature of being able to switch cameras using assigned keys.
After all these things,I wonder,if we gonna get some backfire,2-step launch control for future updates?
So, after seeing how the updates have been for quite some time, here's my idea as for what could happen in the next year or so: Update 0.10.0 (likely somewhere in July/August): West Coast, USA: Considering that we got the Garage map in the 0.6 update last July, it would be highly likely that this update would be for another map (and WCA is quite close to completion as of right now). Many More Hopper Parts And Configs/Possible V8 Swap For Hopper: The former will definitely happen, but the latter? I'm not too sure about that, as the devs may focus more upon making new content. ETK 858(t)/Kc8(t)/GT3 K-Series: It is possible that this could happen, considering that the Hill Climb Cars were added in the 0.6/0.6.1 updates. However, I'm not holding my hopes out for these things, as it's been at least a year since either modern ETK was released, and they still haven't gotten any new engines. Gavril Bluebuck: As much as I'd want to have this car join WCA in a new update, I just don't see it happening for 0.10.0. Another campaign, possibly around WCA/ECA: Definitely could see this happen, and likely will be the second big thing for this update. New Engine Sounds: Practically confirmed by the new sound provider from 0.9. Update 0.11.0 (likely around Christmas 2017/early January 2018): Gavril Bluebuck: This is highly likely to happen, considering the amount of time estimated to create a car (3-4 months), the time between the Hopper and this (it will be around 8 months or so, so there is almost complete certainty that this car will be released around this time, if not earlier), and the fact that there may or may not be any more cars between the Hopper and this in development. Soliad Wendover: It is possible that this could happen (0.11.0 could be like a giant car update), but I don't think that it would. However, we have seen double-car updates before (0.3.6, 0.3.8.1), so this option isn't entirely out of the window. However, it is more likely that the Wendover will be released in a 0.5.2-like update (possibly called 0.11.1) in mid-February/March of 2018. Italy: As much as people think that this won't ever happen in 2017, there is a mild possibility for Italy to be released in 0.11.0. However, that being said, it still isn't likely that this map will be released any time soon. A Mild Bit of Career Mode: I don't see this as particularly likely, but it could happen around this point. HUUUUUUGE physics/graphics improvements in preparation for Italy: Considering that on most major updates with a new map (like 0.5.4, which came with Utah), we get some physics/mild graphics improvements to go along with that, I could certainly see 0.11.0 being the big update for making giant leaps forward in this area. Update 0.12.0 (likely around April/May 2018) Soliad Wendover: It is almost certain that this could happen in 0.12.0, if not earlier. Italy: It's highly likely that 0.12.0 will be the Italy update, considering how far it is along its path of development. A possible new Italian car (Civetta Fulmine): I personally do not see this happening, but I'm throwing it out there as a VERY SMALL possibility. Other than that...I dunno.
Beamng said on their Twitter that career mode would come out in version 1. https://twitter.com/beamng/status/862990534238928897
Multiplayer, We all want it a lot. And the devs know that. I think that eventually there will be full fledged multiplayer support. Probably not in 1.0 (which will probably be when the career will be implemented) but maybe in a year or so. Here is where I get my info, pulled right from the beamNG website from the devs. "We will also look towards having multiplayer in the future, but it may be some time before we can create the multiplayer experience everyone is expecting. We are well aware of the demand for multiplayer and we want it just as much as you, but for the short term we are focusing on the single player career mode, various driving events, fixing bugs, and creating more content. It is feasible that we could implement local and/or same PC multiplayer in the interim."
The only way it could be stable ATM is screen sharing, similar to GTA SA on the PS4, but that would have it's limitations.
I see it happening. If you think it about it, it would be clever to include the Bluebuck with WCA, considering that most likely one of the main configs we'll get for the Bluebuck is a lowrider, and WCA is based on California, which is where lowriders originate from.
I think the bluebuck and WCUSA will be packaged together. We might actually get Italy first, judging by the progress on it. --- Post updated --- No, they only said that it would be the next vehicle after the hopper.
