Since I'm super bored, I'm going to make a list of real-car mods that BeamNG needs. This list will be too long for any one person to complete in a single lifetime. Most of them will have been culled from other video games or from VisioRacer videos. The list will be USDM-centric with some EDM, since most of BeamNG's maps are set in the US but we do have one in Germany and there's Italy on the way.

    Porsche 911 GT1 Strassenversion

Kiddies are going to want supercars sooner or later, so why not do it right with this beauty from the "silly period" of GT1 racing? Whether the 993-styled version (only 1 made IIRC) or the 996-styled one (25 made?), this is a surprisingly good-looking car, and pretty much guaranteed to be fast. This would be a good candidate for a custom sound, since that flat 6 doesn't sound bad at all.

    Mercedes Benz CLK-GTR

Old-school Need for Speed players will remember this one, but I'm again talking about the street version here. Pretty much every comment about the Porsche above will apply, including the one about the custom sound because large, highly-tuned NA V12s usually sound utterly magical. Don't forget the even-faster Ilmor and Supersport versions.

    Maserati MC12 Street Version

This is your Enzo. This is your Enzo on 'roids. I'll take the one on 'roids, please and thank you. Once again not a bad-looking car, and once again a good car for a custom sound.

    BMW M1

A fairly light and well-balanced car... probably, with that straight-six magic and some racing pedigree. Again, not bad looking, and somehow racing aero addenda actually make it even more beautiful. Not big on raw power (with the possible exception of racing versions), but should be easily able to keep up with faster cars in the Utah canyon. I also have to wonder if, say, and E46 or even E92 M3 engine would make this car even better.

    Ford GT40 MkI-IV

Simple, fast, brutish, farmed salty Ferrari tears, and, depending on the version, pretty good looking too. What's not to like here? Oh yeah - custom sound. Another one that, with proper adjustment, should be able to shred Utah or JRI better than most modern cars. This would also be a good candidate for many tuning stages, because, y'know. Giant V8 and all.

    Audi Quattro (ur-Quattro)

Again, respect your elders. Pretty sure someone already did this, but I'm not sure how far it got, how well it was done, or how many variants it included. Street versions were already powerful; race versions even more so. BeamNG is heading towards racing support, to the point that people have already made it work in scenarios and the devs themselves in a campaign, so how cool would it be to line up against such a legend - or in one?

    Lancia Stratos

The fastest in a straight line? Nope. A bit awkwad to look at? Maybe. Easy to control. Most certainly not. Disgustingly quick in the right hands? Absolutely, I mean how do you think it owned rallying for like the entire middle part of the 1970s? This would go good with the upcoming Italy map.

    Ford RS200

The street version was apparently an understeery mess, but that could be solved with proper adjustment. The real highlight here is the engine; the race version's ~450 HP was quite enough to make this tiny car scoot, but its little 1.8L I4 was quite a tough engine and could make a disgusting amount of horsepower with the boost turned up. A mod of this car would be wasted without tuning stages. Car culture trivia: the king of SoCal canyon racers used to use one of these.

    Shelby Cobra

The appeal of this car is its variety; it can be an agile? 289, a brutal 427, a Ferrari-tear-farming Daytona Coupe, or even the psychotic two?-off Supersnake with twin Paxtons and like 700 HP or something. Custom sound!

    Dodge Challenger 2008-present

There was a generation break somewhere in there, but I don't remember exactly what year and besides, Hellcat. Again, a good candidate for a custom sound. Not a good candidate for anything involving cornering, or is it? Since this is kind of a crash simulator still, it's worth mentioning that this is a big, heavy car that should be able to give as good as it gets in a car-to-car collision. Also needs tuning stages for more POWAAAAAAAAAA.

    Nissan 350Z

A light, agile pass carver with a powerful & responsive NA V6 - and since it's a VQ, custom sound again! Note that the engine came in two different variants with different power outputs. Body kits and tuning stages are practically a necessity for this one, as there was at least one very good looking full kit made for this car, probably more.

    Lamborghini Aventador

OK, now we're getting into KIDDY WANT SUPERCAR!!!!1111 territory, but you can't deny that it's a pretty dang cool car. Also V12. I had something I was going to say about body kits and tuning, but I forgot it.

    Lamborghini Gallardo

Whichever generation you pick, it's fast, decent-looking, and sounds amazing. Again, I forget where I'm going with that, but it's midnight so cut me some slack huh?

    Nissan 240SX (S13)

We've got a dead ringer for it with an Ibishu badge and smaller (though just as powerful) engine; now let's have the real deal. Lots of engine swap possibilities, up to and including V8s, or you could just NA tune the KA24 to make almost 500 HP and rev to like 9500 RPM (Nissan used the same engine in some of their short course trucks and it apparently was capable of such in race trim).

    Honda S2000

A well-known curve-eater with a reasonably powerful and very eager stock engine, plus room in the bay for twice the cylinders. Customization should, needless to say, be a strong element here.

    Lexus IS300

The first and in my opinion still the best IS, with a possible rough edge that its successors have done their darnedest to file off (well, if it ever existed). 2JZ means huge turbo power potential, NA from the factory means eager and responsive, RWD means +agility and slidey fun.

More to come later, if I don't lose interest?

That works too. I think someone is/was working on one, but was going to ETK badge it so it could go on the repo. Though wasn't it still rear-engined?

Also, it had a racing version, which makes it even cooler.

Someone called KY was working on it,but he(she) left the forum long time ago.The name of the car was ETK Sx(r).But,it would be neat if devs developed the 959.

I love the Lexus IS300, but is it as customizable as the Altezza?

    -edit-

I'm in love with those beautiful tail lights on the IS300

If you're talking from the factory, then no, it didn't have nearly as many variants as the Altezza. If you're talking aftermarket, it was pretty much an Altezza with an NA 2JZ so except for engine and possibly some transmission upgrades anything that fits an Altezza should fit an IS300.

Also, an IS300 is the more sensible choice until an official Japanese map comes along.

After a long talk with my dad I finally convince im to sell me the sonic instead of the riced out lancer. Its a turbocharged stage 2 sonic lt with turbo, bov, k&n cold air intake, coil overs, after market black wheels, full cat back performance exhaust, engine timing, ecu tuned, aggressive sport short transmition. almost everything to attire the attention of cops XD. just washed it today and taked a little ride ;) .
