Outdated Animated Wipers Mod v0.3

The "Animated Wipers Mod" is a mod that will add animated wipers and various other things to official vehicles (hopefully all of them, if I have the time)

Currently have these done:

Currently for the following vehicles:

• Sunburst
• D-Series
• Grand Marshal

Press 'Y' to toggle wiper mode.
You need to change the "Glass" part in the parts selector to "Glass - Animated Wipers"

HOW DO YOU DO THIS MAGIC

 

I really like this mod, but one small suggestion, if it's possible, on the passenger side wiper, you think it's possible to make it swing a bit further back like this?

Like, basically where the passenger wiper sweeps past the rear view mirror mounting point basically, I know there's some cars that have it stop just before, but I've seen alot of cars like this, and guess it looks more, "natural"? Awesome mod nonetheless.

I would like to ask if you could do the I-Series next.

 

Possability for working rear wipers (for cars that have them, of course) in the future? Also, the lil' wipers on the I-series headlights?

@StinchinStein You can thank me for giving you information on the wipers through a PM I sent ya a while ago.

Now, I've been thinking...why not have a separate key for the rear wipers, since real cars have the front and rear wiper controls separate, so logically it would kinda make sense to have one.

As for the ETK I-Series headlight wipers, it could be similar to how Volvo does it on their 850 GLTs.

 

This mod is SO cool! Best thing on Beamng.Drive since the.....no wait, this is the best thing on Beamng!

 

To that rear window and headlight wipers should have same key, but rear works only is you are in reverse gear, rear could also have its own key, but headlight wipers go with windshield wipers. and volvo used headlight wipers in many models, not just 850 Glt

Download the ZIP and put it in your "Documents/BeamNG.drive/mods" folder.

Someone can tell me how it works?

 

You have to pull up the Parts Selector and swap out the regular glass for the Glass - Animated Wipers. Then, press Y once you're done.
