ETK x6 - what is it?

So, I've seen the reviews about the ETK x6 mod. All of them are bad, but I wanted to look how it's looking.
And I can't download this . Who downloaded, send the pictures, plz.

 

Looked like this, just with ETK badges.

Mediocre russian mod, was reuploaded without authorization.

 

So, the "author" uploaded it, even not authorized?
Not all Russian mods are bad, but most of them are.

So, is the author of the A6 the same of the ETK?

 

I thought it was an unauthorized reupload.

Quality of the mod wasn't exactly groundbreaking from what I could tell, but I think it was a bit unfair to report it and have it removed for that.
