Re: Big trucks No name for it yet. It'll be very modular; the frame and running gear will be independent and you'll be able to configure it with all manner of cabs (day or sleeper), fuel tanks, and other bits. There'll also be the option of having a collar to attach a trailer, or a fixed trailer or even a dump bed. Hell, I could probably even put a wrecker rear on this frame.
Re: Big trucks This sounds awesome, I can't wait! But, how are you going to eliminate the hood clipping into the cab upon impact?
Re: Big trucks I think to some sort of test before entering the forum will start making a need can not be listening FUD children each 2 x 3 the minimum age of the forum is important and of course have some minimal knowledge of ror or the CryENGINE or something that just got so heavy it leaves the beta heavy that only ask and ask without knowing whether it is even possible etc etc ...
Re: Big trucks If you wouldn't mind checking back a page you could realize he's doing a very modular 70's era conventional.
Re: Big trucks Expect a Kraz 255v when I get the hang of CryEngine and I can find the time to re-make the model from scratch.
Re: Big trucks Wow...a semi. For some reason I never thought about how cool that would be. I'd love to see a flexbody on something so big. There weren't very many in Rigs of Rods. When this game comes out, the very first thing I want to do is take a huge truck and trailer, get it up to speed, and take it off of a huge ramp.
If this would be an accepted source for vehicle suggestions, leave others below . One vehicle I would like to see would be a old American sedan, kinda like the Burnside I guess. Here are a couple of ideas ; View attachment 276 View attachment 278 I hope this will be crap enough to make it in, or at least some other police car. A 74 or 78 Monaco is a solid idea for me, especially if there's going to be a chase mode. View attachment 277 I also think some sort of Impala ish car would be cool, maybe even a hydraulics system could be implemented So, what are we thinking fellas..
Re: Vehicle suggestion Yeah, I heard that on old panel van is also coming at some point. Someone skin an A-Team scheme onto that at some point.
Re: Vehicle suggestion Actually, that's not a bad idea. The A-TEAM Van would fit right in with the other cars they've made (of course, like the other vehicles they would need to change the name and some minor details to avoid licensing issues). It seems "period correct" with the other vehicles they've made. That would be fun! (imported from here)
