No pictures or videos, but I am experiencing random slowdowns and speedups. My fps drops by about 10-20fps, then simulation will slow down and stutter, then speed up and return to normal. Almost like when you crash into something, and it momentarily freezes, but it speeds up afterwards. It seems to be more common going into slo-mo, but I can not tell. My only guess would be that I am running out of vRAM or the 32 bit limitation is making me run out of RAM. (It is also not overheating)
Settings: screenshot_00219.png (POST-FX is off, but the check is still there)
My system is also massively CPU bound. All maxed I can manage 60 with the covet, 50 with the van, and 20 with the box truck. :(
    i7 870, 8GB RAM, HD 7770@1050/1247, slowslowslow 1.5TB HDD.

What other programs do you have running? It may be that some program has bugged out and/or is using a lot of the cpu and/or ram. I had it happen once where a process was stuck at 100% cpu usage after it bugged up.

Nothing except my GPU overclocker and speedfan. Current usage with the same stuff open+Chrome.

Also, separate request. Allow us to just paste images from the clipboard to the attachment. Like imgur does, that's why I use it.

For me there are very little pauses for the first 10 seconds or so driving around. (When I crash for example) But after that the pauses go away.
