Also, we need a crappy prebuilt "Gaming" config, with a stupidly high price, terrible reliability, and terrible specs...
I've been working a bit and made a 1st gen core i7 970. What do you all think? I didn't include notchs for the CPU to lock into because: It is such a small detail and it is also a bit annoying to try and make. Other than that it should be just like the real thing. Psst, also rendered in 2k.
Love to see the progress. Can't wait to make it launched. --- Post updated --- So, what's next? i9-7980XE?
Just look up Alienware, you'll find more than enough examples, also make it to where it doesn't really perform well with non Alien-ware parts, my buddy had a problem with that, switched to a better GPU (fully supported by the motherboard,CPU,PSU, set-up properly) Lost about 20-40 FPS while playing Skyrim with the new GPU.
The cpus are the easiest part of the build, heck even finding dimensions for the cpus is more difficult. For example while typing this I'm rendering a 2600k. Which you can find in this post. I7 3770k
it needs tons of led light strips if you can, also a color-able case, a real mans computer is not bland
Actually, I found a website that also shows some CPU dimensions. http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/CPU.html For example, the i7-7700K is about 1.48" x 1.48" or 3.75 cm x 3.75 cm. http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Core_i7/Intel-Core i7 i7-7700K.html --- Post updated --- But there's a catch. There's no dimension info for AMD processors. --- Post updated --- Meanwhile, I found this on somewhere... https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/mo...-b118-f3afc46e7179/Nvidia-Geforce-GTX-Titan-X
one thing to keep in mind is us low end pc master race people have smaller hard drives so the only thing that keeps 3 of my drives in place is a stata cable and the power. if u feel like that for the patato
