I know. Which makes all the more fun.

 

My auto-correct is perfect, I can type Nadeox and it will correct to Nadeox1, tdev to tDev, autoecorrecg to autocorrect, etc. I had to manually type the wrong ones twice for it to not correct it. After the first month, my autocorrect has never failed me.

 

My autocorrect seems to have been made by monkeys...

We can all agree on that. It does seem to want to auto"correct" when really it is making a mistake.

 

I think there's a site somewhere about autocorrect fails.

Finally got myself a nice MS Office 2016 OEM key for which I paid 15€.... How much does MS want for Office in their store again? 360€?

(OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer, basically licenses they put on new PCs. Completely legal )

 

Because they still think people will pay that much for basic software...

 

Naa, I'll just use the old trusty Office 2002.

 

I use Open Office because it's cheaper.

 

They charge less for Windows 10, now that is saying something....

 

But they had to make it cheap, to apologise for the mess that was 8.

 

Well, considering I already had Office 2002 somewhere, might as well use it.

 

I got Microsoft Office 2016 professional for free! See, school pays back at some point.

 

I got Autodesk inventor the same way.

 

Oh my god, it's even worse than I thought...


That's $324 for Windows 10 Pro and a whopping $626 for fuckin' Office!
