How?

I got the full version and I saw youtubers make cars fall from the sky how do you do that? If you cant do that is there something cool that you can do?
oh and how do I make cars go super fast?

 

Ever heard of a search bar? There happens to be a working one in the top right corner of this page. USE IT! Also it seems that you are going to have to use it quite a bit because you have a lot to learn.
Edit: You say you have the full version, but either you don't or you didn't link your account to your purchase. Right below your profile picture it should say BeamNG.Drive. This should have been a step when installing the game.

Well if you want a car to actually fall from the sky, press F11, click the library tab in the top right, click the level tab below that, double click the BeamNG folder below it, (before you do this next step I recommend that you press j to pause the physics), double click on BeamNG vehicle, choose from the list of slightly different names which one you want to spawn, click create new, then press shift+c to go into free camera, then use WASD to move around, then use the little arrow type things to move the car around. Press shift+c again to go back to normal camera with the first car, press tab to go to the other car, and press j again to resume the physics. If that's what you meant.

 

Press CTRL+C for the free camera. Fly up and press CTRL+C again. Then press F7 and you will spawn where your free camera was

 

On my mac I cant press f11 even if I press fn and f11 it just closes it

You should really do what Skrit said. It is a lot of fun, and you don't have to press 30 buttons. Also, it is wonderful reaching terminal velocity by falling down 5 feet, over and over again,

 

I don't think the techdemo has the editor guys

Are you literate. Take your scroll wheel, scroll up, an alternate solution without f11 was posted.
