Update Speculation thread

I rarely open my laptop on Fridays + I have a long trip on Friday

 

That's the 4th of september that falls on a monday. Look at the big letters that say "AUG" on the top

What do you guys think about a minivan, what brand will it be labeled as? Because they might add one this year, due to all the requests for one. I think one will come eventually.

 

My top three guesses is Bruckell, Gavril, and Ibishu.

 

My guess is Bruckell.

 

Maybe they do a multipla stile one? But my guess is bruckell too as they are more cheysler and they did the first minivan

 

If the developers of the game would develop a minivan, it would most likely be American, however, in my opinion, the minivan might not be what you would expect, because, it may be something European, from vehicles that may inspire the minivan, like Renault Espace. However, I may be wrong with it, and it could actually be some 1990s American minivan from Bruckell.

 

A late 90s minivan from Bruckell would make a lot of sense:

1. The shape would be that of the iconic minivan that is common on roads today, as shown in this picture of a third-generation Chrysler Town and Country from Wikipedia:



2. Bruckell is comparable to Chrysler or Dodge in real-life (according to the wiki page), and both of those companies produced the first minivans in North America.

3. Bruckell has far fewer vehicles in BeamNG than Gavril does, so it would be nice to add to their lineup.

 

Maybe were being bamboozled by all this minvan-excavator nonsense.

Maybe, we'll be getting a half-excavator-half-minivan vehicle in the next update.

In seriousness, there is a pretty average chance we will be getting a minivan in the next update. It would be really awesome driving my family's minivan all over again. (1999 Dodge Caravan)

 

Of course, Bruckell-branded minivan from the 1990s would be a good addition to the game to be "soccer mom" for a while in the game, but, I do believe that we have already too much of American-made vehicles (nothing wrong with that, however, I would love to see some diversity), therefore, maybe European-based minivan, could be an answer - it would be what lots of people want (a.k.a Minivan), and European - this would allow the developers to expand the variety of current European cars in the game.

they should make a 16seats kia like van...

guess all that matters is the solution for the sliding door...
once that is released, modders will have a blast making the American, European and Russian minivans...

This is the Update Speculation thread, not the Minivan/Excavator Speculation thread...This is the reason why I don't visit this thread anymore...too much speculating about non-update related things instead of the actual update.

 

The minivan/excavator could come in an update, therefore is part of the update speculation.
About the minivan, I'd assume it would be extremely hard to do right, because seats are one of the spikiest things in the game, and minivans have more seat than body! Before it comes out, we'll need a jBeam rework for the seats.

 

Yes, something like that. Maybe even Renault Espace-looking minivan.

 

Does anyone have even the tiniest shred of evidence that a minivan is coming soon aside from "everyone is talking about it and has wanted it for awhile"... If not, please talk about it in another thread. Someone just yesterday made a thread to talk about it
