Indeed, but Mamoth Valley (for convenience sake) is in near crater lake in Oregon. But Canada decided to declare it's neutrality throughout WW3. Then after the US along with Mexico and European NATO members defeated the SCO (China, Russia, Kazahkstan, Kyrgyztsan, Mongolia) they were out of oil and soon collapsed. We then occupied the South West and the Eastern North to gain access to more farmland and get more clean drinking water from lakes.
Canada right now is like comparable to the political stability of Mexico. Not very good. However we decided to focus on encouraging cycling and using our farmland to maximum effeciency, instead of going to war. Then when the US collapsed, we took advantage of it's farmland to support more people, whilst weeding out pirates and warlords. We also occupied Greenland which is estimated to have around 20% of the worlds untapped crude oil, but which until 2022 there had been an Oil Extraction ban. Good enuff?
