Thank you Captain Obvious, I do know that it is rather old blog post, however, let me ask, why does it say "Today"? - Please answer it if you're so clever.
Guys, restart your steam client. I've seen this since July 19th, and so has @whatitmeansome. You're overreacting again :\
Hey, it's only the afternoon in Europe. They usually release the update around 1 in the next morning.
I am hoping for accurate car battery simulation, sound effects for things like starter motor and horn, improved tyre model and a scenario mode dedicated for races so that it can have more race like features.
If Bremen is in GMT+1, and New York is in GMT-5, then it's pretty unlikely that the update will come out while I'm sleeping, because when I go to sleep, it'll be 5 AM on Saturday morning over there. --- Post updated --- If the pressure model is being reworked (confirmed already) then the tire model could be improved as well. EDIT: oops double post
It's 18:30 in the UK at the moment. I would normally expect it by 7pm German time but this is video game development so anything can happen I guess.
Let me attempt math... In NY State, I get the update around 7-9 pm. Germany is 6 hours ahead Thus, they usually release the update around 1-3 am.
https://steamdb.info/app/284160/history/ As of now they've updated the QA build 3 times today. That doesn't normally happen. 3 days with no QA build update fallowed by 3 updates in one day might suggest that they have the build finalized and are performing the last quick hot fixes.
