Just to let you know, asking for content creators to release their mods is frowned apon in this forum. He will release this mod once it's completed, perfected, and ready by his standards. Bugging him about a download link won't speed up that process. Judging by the fact that he hasn't mentioned anything about the jbeam or shown any in-game pictures, this project probably won't be completed for a while. Please be patient like the rest of us.

I've always wanted a big, soft American car in this game.

Yeah there's the Grand Marshal but that's not soft enough! Brilliant work though, it looks great.

If you need any node/beam help, I believe these LTDs had a perimeter frame quite similar to the Moonhawk - you could use that as a base :)

Yes these have perimeter frames, and they actually have quite a similar frame to their newer predecessor....the newer models changed slightly for better front/rear end collisions and safety standards, but not much. the biggest differences really, are the crush boxes and gussets.

-Also, I'm not sure if you figured out your earlier post about the fenders/core support, but the support is welded directly to the frame, with the fenders bolted to the firewall and core support. Some models came out with an additional brace that was bolted between the fender and core support, sort of like some "battery straps" are now on some of the newer vehicles.

Thanks for the suggestion I've been thinking of this for a while.

This project will probably be delayed for a few months as I've got no graphics card and I've got college and other things slowing me down. Once I get it sorted I'll see how it goes with the moonhawk n/b. So yeah expect progress pretty soon. As for the mesh is almost finished and just needs an interior, engine and texturing.

Don't worry, its still alive. I've actually worked on the mesh, mostly redoing things here and there but for now I'm still waiting on my graphics card, its having shipping problems. So there will be more progress when it finally arrives.

Edit: Well turns out the website i ordered it of turned out to be a fucking scam, after I get my refund ill buy it of amazon :l

    Damn, that sucks :(

I'd recommend using newegg, by the way. Great pricing, usually ships fast. My friend who builds computers for a living uses it all the time.
