I have to leave the house at 6:30 to drop my mom off at the airport 80km away for a flight that's not until early afternoon. It's beautiful and I love living here, but it's incredibly inconvenient whenever you need to get anywhere.
Google Hangouts is actually terrible. My mum uses it to keep in contact with me. However her video feed never works unless someone else is in the call, so my sister has to join the call on her laptop and mute it to prevent feedback in order for me to see video. My computer crashed in the middle of the call today (it seems I have to keep adding more voltage to it every few months to keep the CPU stable, probably not good), but since google hangouts never got a message stating that the call had ended, it wouldn't let me call her back, it just added me into an empty call with myself. So I had to send her a message stating to call me, then when she does call me it states that "you", "mum" and "Al" are in the call, so not only am I in the call twice, but it is referring to me in two different ways. Not to mention that the answer call button doesn't work until after the web browser has been open for around 6 seconds, by which point it has usually stopped ringing. However this wouldn't be an issue, if they actually supported 64bit web browsers so that I didn't have to boot up Opera in order to actually use it. However Google won't tell you that they don't support 64bit web browsers, they just let you install the 32bit plugin and then give you the same "install the Google Hangouts plugin" message. I don't understand how this many major bugs can exist in this software. Also screw Google Duo and Google Allo, I'm not dealing with that level of fragmentation, not to mention you can't even use Duo on PC at all...
Since I was complaining about travel times earlier, I decided to make a video. The novelty never fully wears off, but it adds at least two hours to every trip. I also took advantage of being in the city to load up on a few weeks worth of imported candy, because why not.
Guys, I kinda need help. I once saw a mod that changed the trunk of the LeGran (remowed that reflector thing and stuff), now that I want to make a Grand National replica that mod would come in handy but I can't find it anywhere..... It may be part of a larger config pack idk if one of you guys know which one I'm talking about please send a link...
Downloading it at the moment. Looks like a neat update. Hopefully nothing that breaks my WIP mods too badly...
All navigation systems are broken. All electric vehicles load with "fatal exception" Other than that things seem to be ok. Will have to follow the error messages and see what has changed in the default sat nav systems. The new tyre screech noises are absolutely great though. Also the reduction in camera's that are enabled by default makes switching camera far less insane.
