Not even from updates or 'Show more restore points'? Well... I guess you have to get lucky with antiviruses...
It will be installed somewhere on your C: drive. Search around your browser files and program files for it and delete it manually, make sure what ever it is, that it hasnt installed an extension on your browser.
PSA: Don't put your computers in water. Sure, providing they are turned off and all the capacitors are discharged it should be fine, but it will accelerate the degradation of the components. Equally if you turn it back on and there is still even the slightest bit of water left in (for example in the PSU) then you are in for a whole world of problems. And yes, distilled water would be better.
im actually thinking of getting myself a 2 in 1 pc that thing what can be a tablet and laptop together wich would then be a replacement for my tablet wich i could play games i think a 940mx should be enough for low settings at beam i think
Not entirely, all components mounted with the exception of transformers are sealed; capacitors, transistors, resistors, diodes, etc and tin leads/ solder aren't exactly going to oxidize in a short period being exposed to water. But I do agree with emphasizing that very component must be 100% dry. And I probably should have mentioned this but I also agree with not getting the power supply wet, as well as the optical drives and disk drives. I should also mention that I didn't throw the computer in whole, all where washed individually, didn't wash the power supply because it was dead and needed to be replaced anyway, nor did I wash the disk drive and CD drive. --- Post updated --- Hooking up that Quantum Fireball to my Pentium 3 rig to see what's on it, I decided to add a CD drive. Having to set the drive to slave gave me such a nostalgia trip. Sexy beige goodness.
Regular hear of people struggling to clean keyboards they got coffee on or whatever. Simple solution. Water. My AT102W and my quickfire TK have both been soaked. However they were disassembled and allowed to fully dry before reassembly.
I've considered that with my Model M but I'd hate to wait ages for the water to completely dry out of the key switches. Done it with rubber dome keyboards though, very effective if you come across a particularly nasty keyboard.
Medium settings, 1600x900 windowed on 1080p panel runs 60fps on gridmap nicely, i havent tested other maps however
And here it is. It's cute. Sorta 75%ish layout. Uses cherry ML switches which were low profile mechanical switches. They have 3mm of travel versus the MX 3.5-4mm. there's no color coding to them like there is on the MX, there was only one type produced, a tactile switch with a 45cn spring, in a way it's like an MX brown, but the tactile bump isn't as pronounced and it's lighter to press. Also requires specific keycaps. Mx caps don't fit.
I need a new pc mouse as mines one of the first optical usb mice and the buttons get stuck alot i can spend 50 euros on one and it doesnt need to be full with buttons the standard buttons with two extra ones are enough also it doesnt need to be wireless
I don't know enough to give you advices, but I've been using the Logitech G300s for a few months and it's a fairly good mouse for the price.
Maybe take a look at some of the cheaper Steel Series mice, they are pretty subtle (no gamery gimmicks or bright colours) and have a pretty standard shape to them with two side buttons. Cheapest Razer deathadder also has a similar simple design with no nonsense. Or you could take apart the mouse you have at the minute and clean it because thats like 99% likely to be the problem.
Everything gamer related now seems to be RGB this and "Agressive" design that, it's like the rice of the computer world.
like... When will it stop??? Also... mechanical keyboards... Sure they are suppose to be more of a premium type, but they seem to be associated with gamers for whatever reason...
You can still get plenty of non gaming mechanicals. Ducky, DAS and WASD for example, along with cooler master having a few and cherry still manufacturing boards. Also alot of custom options. That said some of the options I just listed besides cherry, still have an rgb backlight option these days. Otherwise you can happily use the gaming boards for typing or the non gaming for gaming. Only difference is literally housing design. Nkro and anti ghost is in many typists boards and is all you need for a gaming board (debatable if you need nkro)
