I wanted to see if there could be an ''aero'' Grand Marshal, I don't recall any one else doing something like this. This is just a simple test, don't expect much from this, at least not soon, I've got other project currently in higher priority.
the bottom circle continuity - the car has to look the same all the way around the top circle pillar - there should be forwards slant or no slant at all (just my 2 cents)
Some more progress with a custom texture story for the map to live up to it's name now. The updated AI takes the giant hill fine with a capable car i.e a rally sunburst. Track layout is done now, just got to fill it all now!
I am aware, its just a lot of UV modifications, which sucks to do, so I'am doing the easier stuff first. And there isn't a slant; it's just the perspective and door shape.
Reworked the wing model (rear not done though), could make a few skins. Flying is now a bit more realistic with stallAngles and I added an acrobatic flying model. Also, the wings now fall off.
So, I am back again. I had been really busy, so not much progress was done on the Seekonk map, so I kinda felt bad. Lets just say I took a suggestion many had: If you couldn't recognize, I was currently working on the Seekonk Speedway. There is a lot of work to do. However, I need help. I have never made any buildings, and putting them into BeamNG. I need some people willing to help me make the Seekonk Speedway by creating textures, buildings, fences, race walls, and billboards. Anyone willing to help me let me know, preferably in a PM, and I will credit you for any help on the map. I know, me being a map making I should know this stuff, but I don't.
Make the back of the cab slant forward and make the windows straighter or make them follow the contour of the outside edge of the roof. That is literally the only thing that ruins the feel of this mod. Depending on how its done, you may not even need to modify the UV's as long as you don't add/remove anything to the existing model(s) I could be wrong, and I know what I said might not be the "right" way to do it, but I think it should be possible.
