Sound delayed/ Not synchronized

Hey I have had a sound problem now for some versions of the game.
Is it my recording software or the game, I just do not know, hoping for some help here.
Some of my Youtube videos with game sound gets complaints about this sound delay.

Maybe someone can do a test here and let me know?
this is recorded in 4x slow motion. I use *Action!* to record gameplay.
Try to crash into stuff and see if it gets a sound delay in the recording.

And let me know what recording software you use.
maybe it is time to try a new recording software if that turn out to be the problem.

Thank you for the help, I did go for Shadowplay, and it is working very good no sound lag at all now

 

I have had that problem with OBS too, and on different games

 

Do you have windows 10? I learned that the Xbox app may be interfering. Under settings, DVR or something, disable it all. The Xbox app can record stuff to and it can mess up other software.

 

Yes the Xbox DVR glitches everything... usually shadow play works best with BeamNG
