I bought the game last year for my birthday but i formatted my PC and I dont have the download page anymore all i have is a email talking about something called humble bumble

how do i get it back without buying

You can access the game from the mail you received from HB when you purchased the game.
That mail should contain the link to your personal download page.

If you lost the mail, you can use this to get a copy:
https://www.humblebundle.com/resender

Just insert the same email address you used in the purchased.
