So I can only run the game on good fps if I set lighting to lowest (shitty graphic card) BUT when I set the lighting back to lowest, the car lights still works until I turn them off (its a bug), although it doesnt affect the fps! So would be great if lowest lighting setting still include vehicle lights as they seem to barely affect the fps and make gameplay really cooler. P.S: what i meant here its. Please devs make a graphic option where U can turn vehicles light rays on (vehicle light will work as if they are in high graphics settings), but the world doesnt make shadows, just so the fps keep high.
Can't replicate that. Also, I'm not sure how's that possible. The 'Lowest' settings switches the game to a different, very basic renderer A lot of features, such as dynamic lights will be missing or greatly reduced.
I was able to replicate it. Basically you go from high lighting to lowest lighting while the lights are already switched on, and it seems like it causes the lights to retain the nice glow effect even though it no longer renders on the environment the same way.

Lights affect the CPU more than the GPU, because they have to run many calculations deciding where the light goes. If you have a decent CPU, lights won't affect FPS.
