ooo, do paused physics still affect the debug mode gui's? because it would be awesome to be able to pause physics, without it also pausing the debug mode gui's (example, i pause physics, then press the "L" or "K" key, nothing happens, until i unpause physics) and it would make sense as well, scince debug mode doesnt actually AFFECT, the physics , just tells you the states of them
would this work for raising and lowering cars the slider i mean like some sort of in game modding thing
I guess it would be quite nice to be able to adjust the suspension like this. Having sliders for the stiffness, length etc of hydros would make suspension tuning way easier. But im not sure it would be possible for a one size fits all raise or lower system, nearly all (none Russian) cars/modders have completely different suspension setups to others with different naming schemes. The only way to adjust these things are on a per car basis.
Finally found out how people make their cars nice and smooth (edgesplit). Its turning out quite nice, then again there isnt much else than a shape at the moment
started making my first vehicle, a crappy bus i modeled. I hope i can enter this in the land speed contest when it gets finished. jbeam is started, still need to do some model work. heres the jbeam so far (only go the back end partially done) Just thought i would show some people before i made a thread '
The beginning of something new for me... Waiting for permission to use Voulk's meshes though, as I wouldn't trust myself to model one myself. Just in case, if anyone else has a high quality International S1800 schoolbus model laying around(or another bus that's almost the same), let me know. (Preferably via PM so I can't miss it) And yes, I'll finish the Ibiza and the Toyota too, at some point...
Wow. You're really pumping out mods. I can't even stay interested in one, even if it's a small mod, and your just one after the other. Can't wait to see how this turns out.
Quite possibly my next map, its a 4096 height map and you can't even see from one side of the map to the other could prove very interesting.
Been busy with the polo. Some n/b work (crash improving, mostly), interior work, remodeled almost the entire running gear and option for gravel suspension + wheels.
