    So you have no clue at all why this would be happening? In the past, I've fixed these sort of issues by just copying the sound config from another car. Personally, I'd rather have a sound that's not strictly accurate to the engine than no sound at all.

    I had another V8 that just didn't want to make GM V8 sounds, but I changed it to Bolide V8 sounds and it worked.

    AHA! I've got it! In the V8 sound config, you were missing two lines:
    Code:
        "engine":{
    "soundGroup":"2jz",
    },
    This has to be added between vehicleController and flexbodies. I left your original V8 sounds intact in the mod, and adding these lines made it work!

    That might be using the original 2JZ sounds, though. Idk if it's accurately representing the Bolide sounds. You might want to test it for yourself.
