Outdated Better Sounds Mod [5.1.1] works with 0.18.0.1

It's not normal if it doesn't disable the sound... You have the version 3.6 ?
You disabled both:
"CrashSound": "false"

"CustomCrashSound": "false"
?

 

No I had only changed "CustomCrashSound"
Upon changing the other named "CrashSound" I have found now that it works

 

Hey,
I really like your mod but I have a small issue with it. When I do burnouts or the the wheels can't get traction sometimes a loud sound starts playing that sounds like a road brushing machine or an rotary engine that is reving to 50000rmp. Im not sure if im the only one experiencing it.

 

Idk maybe the engine radiator fan ? Try to disable it

 

I wanna download this but the installation looks way too complicated for me lol

What vehicles have the horn? All of the ones that I've spawned in and tried don't have one

 

You followed the instruction of installation and the "how to use" section of the topic ? Did you put the lua file in the game folder ?

 

I put the json file in the game's lua folder

 

What program do I need to open a Json with as I dont appear to have a default choice on my computer?

Sometimes when I'm driving, it just starts to play a bunch of sounds as if I were crashing (which I'm not) and its pretty annoying. Is there any way to fix this?

Go to settings.json (in sirenmod/settings folder) and disable CustomCrashSound"

 

The keys are not bound by default. You need to bind them yourself.

 

Problem: The vehicles won't work with this mod. Every time I load a default vehicle I get a fatal vehicle exception. FIX THIS NOW!
EDIT: Even when i clear the cache I STILL GET IT!

 

First of all, demanding will get you nowhere, secondly, other people had this problem too, an it was discovered that they did something wrong. Most likely you made a mistake, so before you come and demand things from people, you should look into troubleshooting. If that does not fix the problem, delete this mod, and try again.
